Our March/April Book Club book was Talking With Strangers. This is such an interesting book on communication using timely case studies to dissect where communication goes wrong, an important thing for a salesperson to know. Basically, the book asks us to never make assumptions and to stay in curiosity until we truly connect with the person we are communicating with.
