·      Paint trim on widows and fascia as needed

·      Clean gutters

·      Stain deck and other wood features

·      Freshen up mulch

·      Make sure all exterior lights are working

·      Paint or replace house numbers

·      Dress up entry points with potted plants, wreathes, and welcome mats
